I believe . . .
Jesus is who He said He is.
The child (and the family the child is in) should be the center of the church
Evangelism and discipleship are virtually the same thing and we should stop arguing about them and get serious about reaching the next generation.
The church must elevate the role of the people who are regularly connecting with and investing in the lives of children—both the parents and the small group leaders/teachers.
About Damon: Damon DeLillo is the Family Ministry Director at Real Life Church in Valencia, CA. He has been working with kids and teenagers, producing events, teaching and creating environments for ministry for what seems like 20 years, but probably more like since 1993. In 2008, he led a church planting team with North Point Ministries. He and his talented and creative wife, Janna, live in Oxnard, California, and are presently enjoying the challenge of raising their five children: Emilie, Corey, Tucker, Gracie and Macie. He wrote this bio himself, and wonders why he typed it all in third person. He also figures that all the stuff in the paragraph really doesn’t mean a whole lot, but that his relationship with God does. He can be found blogging right here or on Twitter @cuchoolin
